Plans, add ons, and pricing

Standard agaro plans are priced per active user in United States dollars. There is no included free seat pool. The plan line is the plan's per user price multiplied by active members, plus any paid workspace add ons and separately billed MCP seats.

#Standard workspace plans

Growth is marked as the recommended plan in the product catalog. Scale contains everything in Growth plus additional enterprise depth and dedicated support.

#Paid workspace add ons

These add ons are billed once per workspace, not per user:

Workforce is a plan entitlement rather than a paid workspace add on. Move to Growth or Scale to activate its employee, attendance, and payroll family.

An add on must have active provider billing authority as well as installed module rows. A stale installed row does not grant paid access.

#AI usage

No standard plan includes a monthly AI dollar credit. AI is funded from the workspace prepaid credit wallet. Growth and Scale include the right to use the AI Assistant capability, but model usage still consumes pay as you go credits.

App Builder and other AI powered functions can also consume the shared AI wallet. Review usage under Account Settings and team controls under Settings → Developer and AI.

#MCP seats

MCP is a separate $8 monthly per user add on. It is available to eligible Growth and Scale workspaces. The seat is assigned to a specific user and is required for that actor's API or MCP key to operate the workspace.

Buying an MCP seat does not add AI wallet credit. It activates the integration access entitlement for the seated actor.

#Trial

The product trial period is 14 days and resolves to Growth level feature entitlements. The Subscription page shows the current trial end date and remaining days for the workspace.

Provider checkout can collect a payment method for the trial without charging the recurring plan until the trial ends. Review the hosted checkout summary and cancel before the trial ends if you do not want conversion to a paid subscription.

#Active user quantity

The platform plan quantity follows active workspace members. Suspended and deleted members are excluded from the active count. A workspace is always billed for at least its active owner path when a subscription is created.

Inviting or activating members can change the provider subscription quantity. Removing or suspending users can reduce it after reconciliation.

#Agency plans

Agency reseller subscriptions use a separate catalog:

The provider subscription also tracks managed client workspace quantity at $24.99 per month per client. Staff invitations are currently limited to the plan capacity shown.

Agency client collection is separate from the agency's bill to agaro. Agencies connect their own Stripe account and create client accepted offers for that second relationship.

#Currency

Platform plan and add on pricing is denominated in USD even when the workspace uses another operating currency for invoices, payroll, or reports. Workspace currency does not convert the subscription catalog.

#Troubleshooting

#The invoice is larger than the plan card price

The plan card shows a per user rate. Multiply it by active members and add the active workspace add ons and MCP seat quantity.

#A Growth workspace cannot use App Builder

App Builder is a $79 workspace add on, not a Growth entitlement. Purchase and reconcile the add on under Subscription.

#The AI Assistant is available but requests are blocked

Feature access and AI wallet funding are separate. Review the prepaid balance and configured budgets.

#A paid add on still shows purchase required

Provider billing may not have reconciled, or the recorded price line may be invalid or stale. Use the Subscription reconciliation control and contact support if it reports an invalid billed state.
